R. Gilbert Wells, President, is a National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) Certified 
Bath Designer. The NKBA upholds stringent requirements to become certified and requires ongoing professional credits that must be earned in order to insure that certified designers stay abreast of current developments. His education, twenty-nine years experience in the industry and bath product knowledge are unsurpassed in the Lowcountry.
Rogers Wells, Vice President, is a kitchen designer with an excellent portfolio of kitchens and baths. His designs of baths, kitchens and offices may be found from the Ford Plantation, to the Landings, to Hilton Head and Historic Savannah. His designs are in homes from luxurious to modest. Rogers also oversees the installations to insure the installers exactly follow his design.
Dean Sebastian, Remodeling Manager / Designer, holds a Masters Degree in Interior Design and formerly ran the design center for a major homebuilder. He creates the fundamental design, coordinates the client’s selections for cabinetry and fixtures, then oversees construction from demolition to completion.
Roman Guzman, Manager Cultured Marble and Shower Enclosure Division, is very knowledgeable of the features and capabilities of these products due to his hands–on experience. His seven years experience in this field has given him proficiency in designing with these products.
