Coastal Bath & Kitchen Design Policy

Coastal Bath & Kitchen will visit the home of a potential customer to examine the actual space of the project, take exact dimensions and listen to the customer’s wants and needs. We will then design and price the project within the homeowner’s specifications and budgeted investment. Once the design has been completed, we ask that the homeowner comes into the showroom to review the design, selections and finishes and also approve the cost of the project. Coastal Bath & Kitchen will make any requested changes to the design at that time. After this initial visit, if further changes are to be made, Coastal Bath & Kitchen will require a $250.00 retainer which will be credited to the final purchase price of the project. Until a final proposal is accepted and the job deposit received, designs, drawings and perspectives are the property of Coastal Bath & Kitchen and may not be taken from the showroom. Should the customer wish to be provided only with design services, a charge of $105.00 per hour will be applied. This fee will include all site visits, research and drawing time. Upon payment of the design fee, all drawings, plans, renderings and perspectives would become property of the homeowner. REVISED 8/15/09
